• Wind/Water/Holy materia now only have tier 1 and 3 (Dia, Diaga, Water, Waterga, Aero, Aeroga), before was tier 1 and 2 (Aerora, Watera, Diara)

• spread better new materias in shops and balance to every town having something new to look for
• spread better weapons in towns
